Manage who can access the /carnegie/create page (and /carnegie/manage, /carnegie/admin). Add team members or whole domains (*@air3.com). You are always allowed.

Who else can administer Carnegie

Grant full super-admin rights to additional emails. Admins can edit this allowlist, change LLM settings, edit prompts/briefs/templates, manage agents, and delete deployed pages. Emails only — no *@domain wildcards (admin is the highest tier and is granted per-individual). You and any env-baked admins (SUPER_ADMIN_EMAILS) are always admins and don't appear here.

BD Tower

BD Tower configurations: LinkedIn outreach throttles, channel credentials (HeyReach, Apify), and BD Assistant prompt instructions. All edits take effect immediately on the next Tower draft/send (no redeploy).

LinkedIn daily cap (per user) super admin

Maximum LinkedIn touches each Carnegie user can send per day. Protects each connected LinkedIn account from rate-limit flags. Counter resets at midnight UTC. Default 3.

Storage: share:tower:linkedin_daily_cap_global. Per-user counters at share:tower:linkedin_daily_count:<email>:<date> with 48h TTL.

BD Tower — HTML email instruction super admin

Folded into the Web Designer system prompt whenever a Tower user sends in HTML format. Use it to lock in brand visual style, palette, voice constraints, or table-layout patterns the LLM should reuse. Leave blank to skip (the email-client safety rules still apply).

Storage: share:tower:admin:email_html_instruction. Max ~8 KB. Edits take effect immediately on next draft (no redeploy).

BD Tower — BD Assistant outreach instruction (text) super admin

Folded into BD Assistant's system prompt for every plain-text outreach draft (the default Tower path). Use it to set voice beyond the hardcoded NEVERs, add domain-specific framing rules, or paste a markdown playbook the agent should follow. Leave blank to use the built-in voice defaults only.

BD Tower — Apify token (LinkedIn URL enrichment) super admin

Apify enriches contacts with LinkedIn URLs via Google site-search. One workspace token applies to the whole team. Get it from console.apify.com → Settings → Integrations → API. Free tier = $5/mo credits (~5000 LinkedIn lookups), plenty for normal BD use.

Storage: share:apify:org:api_token (never echoed to clients — only first 8 + last 4 chars shown back). Token is validated via Apify's /users/me endpoint before save.

BD Tower — HeyReach workspace API key (LinkedIn channel) super admin

One workspace key powers LinkedIn outreach for the whole team. Get it from app.heyreach.io → Settings → API → Generate. Each team member then connects their own LinkedIn account inside HeyReach (Chrome extension flow), then picks it as their sender in Tower → "Connect LinkedIn".

Storage: share:heyreach:org:api_key (never echoed to clients — only the first/last 4 chars are shown back). Key is validated against HeyReach's /auth/CheckApiKey endpoint before save.

CBDO planner reference docs

These documents are merged into every CBDO (Think Stage 1) refine as authoritative background — regardless of which partner page the user is editing. Plain text or markdown. Each field is capped at 80 KB; total across all three at 200 KB. Leave a field empty to skip injection of that doc.

Standard Pricing super admin

Drives proposal calculator defaults and the <commercialPricing> block injected into every Carnegie LLM call. Numeric only — % values are stored as 0–100 here and normalized to fractions downstream.
